WHEN CAN I BEGIN MY PRIVATE CLASSES?
Your teachers will explain to you when we suggest taking your private classes. We will also email you a recommended schedule. You can schedule them in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
HOW LONG ARE MY PRIVATE CLASSES.
It depends on how many private classes you book and on your teacher's schedule. They are usually 1 hour each (2 private classes X 30 minutes) or 1.5 hours each (3 private classes X 30 minutes).

WHAT EXACTLY ARE FEEDBACK VIDEOS?
Almost everyone needs some corrections in their writing & speaking. You can share with us a Writing Task 1, a Writing Task 2 and an audio recording of yourself doing the CELPIP speaking test. Our teachers will check your work and record a video of themselves explaining your mistakes and making suggestions. When finished, they will send you this video so you can correct any mistakes :)​
